IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR...
Our Christmas promotions and festivities are about to commence with the 7000 reasons to shop in Inverell promotion plus Spot the Elf is Back and Best Christmas Lights and Display.
To participate in the 7000 reasons to shop in Inverell as a business, head to our home page and sign up where you will find all the information.
Only 30 spots are available for Spot the Elf, so be quick! To participate you will need to pay $30 and pay online by clicking the SIGN UP button above.
Best Christmas lights are on again with the guest judge getting excited. To participate in this please submit an email to INVERELL CHAMBER before 10th December.
HOW IT WORKS
Participating businesses (all chamber members) during the week of the 12th to 16th December will give each customer who spends over $20 in their business a ticket in the draw. The customer will write their name on the back along with their phone number and place the ticket in the barrels located around town.
First prize in $5000 and the second is $2000. On Saturday at 2pm a member from the Chamber of Commerce will draw the raffle and the winners will be announced. This promotion is proudly sponsored by Inverell Chamber of Commerce $5000 and Squadron Energy $2000. There will also be some draws for hams during this time. As a member of Inverell Chamber, you will receive a pack with a flyer saying I am a participating business, tickets to give your customers and the information you require.
Spot the Elf is a fun way to get the kids involved and thinking.
30 businesses who sign up to participate will hide an elf (provided by Inverell chamber) in their store from 1st December until 15th December. The Elf needs to be in the window and able to be seen after hours. Each Elf will have a number. The children will locate the Elf and write down the location they found it in next to the corresponding number on the entry form available at Freckles Coffee shop. Once all the elves have been found, the entry form needs to be delivered to freckles and the person that has all of the Elves correct and drawn out will win the prize money 1st $200 2nd $100 3rd $50.

Christmas Light Display, is all about bringing Inverell to life with Christmas decorations. This year there are two categories: Bright and Beautiful and Inspired and Impressive.
Businesses are encouraged to decorate their business to win. Judging will take place from 12th December and the winners will be announced at the drawing of the 7000 Reasons promotion on Saturday 16th December.
The judge will decide which category the participant is in.
Prize money for B+B is $1000 donated by Bindaree Food Group and I + I is $500 donated by EFX Accountants and Advisors.
